I bought my Range Rover from these guys....I can't thank them enough. It was so easy and explained well. Johnny Crawford was the sales adviser who was really helpful. I live on the edge of nowhere ville so buying cars is a real problem and I work full time. Car was delivered to the door yes!! to the door still no obligation to buy. Actually these guys are pretty good. Ok the price wasn't the cheapest but what do u expect on finance? Fact is , John said he would get me a car and he did. Clive drove it from Manchester to my door and all paperwork was sorted. I can't complain .better than standing in the rain waiting for a bus. Thanks guys! I can't remember the Secretary's name but she was very helpful as well. The car is great, better than expected.

It all started great before the sales process, I was told I'd be looked after . Unfortunately it was not the case. I purchased an Audi A3 for my wife, what was spoken on the phone and what was produced on the day were two different sales conversations. I was dubious as to why nothing was sent to me prior, such as a sales agreement to review all the details such as APR% terms and incentives etc..on the day of delivery, the gentleman was very nice and polite, unfortunately I didn't deal with him to converse the sale that was not his job. I was promised a full tank of petrol as my car wasn't delivered on time and I had to wait a while, when I arrived, it was midnight, so I didn't get a change to really check everything, I was assured the car has been well checked over and they don't send out the car unless they are not happy. I believed it! the car had a dent in the right passenger side door, the driver side door had chips, the fog light wasn't working, the air-con didn't work and the back wiper wouldn't eject water. I was told it's a second hand car what do you expect?!! (this is customer service for you.) Please be careful dealing with these people, I'm not saying don't buy of them, but You would be better off looking at a reputable garage/dealership whom I dealt with before. I feel so stupid dealing the ACF and should have gone back to my existing dealership. I feel they have broke my trust and they did not care once the car was out of it's terms or it's refund policy. They didn't even reply back to all my emails. It's now cost me more money to fix the problems on a car I shouldn't be having to fix. please be careful request paperwork or revised terms before signing and fully check the car over, because they will label it your responsibility. I even told them you've lost me as a customer and they didn't seem to care!!! in response to your comments no I wasn't given anything, only on the day, and my car was an Audi not a fiesta, the fact that you just got the car wrong, shows how much attention to detail you pay! You are not a reputable garage from my experience and the after sales has been disgusting, and no I would never go back to you to purchase another car and suffer the same fate. I hope you treat your customers better then you did me. Such a shame, your trying to cover up your faults.

They are good in making fool. Took 2 cars from them over £22000. Both had some problem in engine. I called them same day and they refused. Their prices are very high as compare to other showrooms. They will say we give warranty but when u left with car. No warranty nothing. This is how they make money. Poor customer services. Best way to buy is autotrader. You can see whether the car price is high or low. You wont pay extra. These people will give you coffee in the office and you will pay extra 1000 on every car. Very high price

Fake promises and misinformation. Call the number and you get presented with 2 options. 1 for finance. 2 for cash sales. They DON'T ACCEPT CASH. You will leave you number on an answering machine forever. The rates they offer are a lure, once you commit the rates will change. The cars are not "in stock" they are only stock photos of the car you're looking for. With this crowd you really need to consider that if something looks to good to be true, it probably isn't. Rix Motor Company should be taking a good look at this part of their business.

I’ve had 3 cars off accept car finance and all have been full off problems and absolute nightmare. When you buy a car off them it will have no scratches and they will tell you it’s absolutely mint. After a few months of washes (hand washes with soapy water)what ever they put on the car to cover up the scratches comes off. The amount scratches on the vehicles is absolutely ridiculous. Even on cars a couple of years old. They basically need a respray. They buy in cheap cars full of mechanical and electrical problems resulting in you paying thousands to rectify the problem. Avoid at all costs... They will tell you to leave them a positive review immediately when you purchase a new vehicle from them (the time when you are extremely happy because you have a new car) before you’ve realise all the problems that you have with the new vehicle. They have caused me and my family a lot of upset and we have wasted a lot of money on there vehicles. money which we could of spent On our children. If you find a vehicle which is a little better than the rest that they sell, they will charge you top price.

Great dealership to buy a car from and they managed to get me a better finance deal than I was already paying. Excellent finance and an excellent car, couldn’t ask for more. I have to honestly say that in all the years i have bought cars, this dealership is one of the best out there. I have just taken delivery of a stunning low mileage BMW 640d M sport. The Salesman who i dealt with Josh, is a nice honest guy and an asset to the company as nothing was to much trouble for him, including taking phone calls on his day off.
